Shipping in Bangladesh
We deliver fully assembled or securely boxed bicycles across all divisions in Bangladesh. Deliveries within Dhaka typically take 2-3 business days, while outside regions may take 4-7 business days depending on road conditions and logistics.
Warranty & Returns
All performance road and mountain bikes carry a manufacturer's warranty against frame defects. If your gear arrives damaged, please email us with photographic evidence within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or return.

Our Banani location functions as a consultation hub and collection point rather than a full retail floor. We strongly advise booking an appointment via email before visiting so our specialists can prepare the exact models you wish to inspect.
